Full Job Description Pay:
$50-65 (hourly)

You can also send your resume to Serious inquiries only! As a BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from 2-28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their behavioral health needs.
Duties:
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Train a team of BTs/RBTs and midlevel supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
  • Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques
  • Strong understanding of medical records and documentation
