$85,000-$100,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential) Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Durham, NC team. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by Clinical Directors, Office Managers, Intake Teams, Billing Specialists, and Administrative Staff who work together to remove barriers and allow clinicians to focus on client outcomes. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
