The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on best practices in behavioral therapy. Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices. Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions. Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
