Behavior Analyst Elerson Therapy & Associates Dallas, TX Job Details Contract $35 - $55 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Data analysis skills HIPAA Direct support BCBA Data collection Full Job Description Elerson Therapy Associates is a growing, client-centered behavioral therapy company dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals of all ages with intellectual disabilities and autism. Our top priority is providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our therapists. We handle all billing, build caseloads, and compensate competitively in a friendly work environment. Leaving you to focus on the care of your clients. We provide in-person therapy and will have you travel to the clients' homes or their ISS/day habilitation centers in Dallas County. You'll handle your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) Develops behavior support plans. Systematically evaluates the consistent development and implementation of behavior support plans through direct observations, consumer and staff interviews/training, review of documentation, and data collection and analysis. Completion of Daily visit notes and complete daily and weekly paperwork. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support skill generalization Maintain ethical, data-driven practices aligned with BACB and HIPAA standards Participate in clinic meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Qualifications
  • Must have a Texas State License.
The following licenses are acceptable:
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Clinical Masters of Social Work (CMSW) Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
  • Experience providing behavioral support to people with IDD and Autism
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable using electronic data collection systems for progress monitoring
  • Passionate, organized, and committed to client success.
Pay:
$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
