Behavioral Consultant

The Cornerstone Agency is hiring a Behavior Consultant mainly in the Cumberland and Harrisburg area working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Assessments, writing Behavior Support Plans, meeting with and training support teams, consulting with teams to discuss and review behavioral strategies and interventions. Will carry caseload of 15-20 clients. Position requires daily travel and is flexible with time working from home or in office. Office is in Lemoyne, PA.

Education requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Human Services preferred but will consider other degrees. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis a plus. Requires 2 years experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism. Hours and schedule are flexible as long as client needs are met; regular required training and supervision.
