What You'll Do as Clinical Director Oversee and support a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians across multiple client caseloads Lead clinical quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to modern, trauma-informed, assent-based ABA practices Conduct regular clinical audits and performance reviews Provide clinical mentorship and training for BCBAs, including onboarding and ongoing development Maintain a reduced caseload for high-level clinical oversight and modeling best practices Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and therapists Support and guide the recruitment and hiring process for clinical roles Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure fidelity of treatment and supervise use of Rethink Behavioral Health data collection Coordinate continuing education opportunities and promote professional development Deliver ongoing caregiver coaching, oversight of assessments, and treatment planning when needed Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, including supervisory or leadership roles Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship abilities Experience managing remote and in-person teams
