Duties:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Implement behavior intervention plans and provide high-quality ABA therapy. Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent and effective care. Provide guidance and support to caregivers and team members on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progress.
Experience:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
