Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our growing clinical team! We offer flexible 1099 and W2 opportunities across multiple states with remote, hybrid, and in-person options depending on location. For a limited time, we are also offering a 15k retention bonus• What We Offer Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities Ability to start with as little as one case Remote, hybrid, and in-person options No non-compete agreements Paid onboarding and training support Non-billable/admin compensation Dedicated BCBA Success team for ongoing support Multi-state licensure expansion support and reimbursement Ethical caseload expectations and clinician-focused leadership Pathway to full-time benefits eligibility Up to a $15,000 retention bonus for eligible positions Requirements Active BCBA certification Join a team that prioritizes flexibility, support, and long-term clinician success. •For eligible candidates, the retention bonus structure is as follows: $4,000 after completing 100 billable hours, $5,000 after completing 200 billable hours, $6,000 after completing 300 billable hours.
