Join Inspire Learn Grow ABA. A growing locally, BCBA, owned ABA clinic!
Position Summary:
This is for a BCBA position supporting in-home and in-school clients. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for assessing, developing, and overseeing ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and collaborates with families and caregivers to ensure high-quality, individualized client care.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs. Provide clinical supervision and training for RBTs, ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines. Monitor and analyze client progress using data-driven decision-making. Conduct caregiver training to support treatment generalization. Ensure all services comply with BACB, HIPAA, and organizational policies. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ABA software for data collection and analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
