Up to $93,000 per year Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at our Downtown location on E Market St. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for individualized growth, with access to specialized CEU workshops and a supportive structure designed for success. In this role, you will manage a smaller-sized caseload with the direct support of a student pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification, who will assist with a majority of program management duties. We are looking for fun, organized, and self-motivated individuals eager to develop innovative strategies for positive behavior change. Why Join Us? Manage all aspects of client programming including assessments, treatment planning, and insurance authorizations. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans. Conduct monthly parent training and collaborate with other therapy services. Train, supervise, and provide ongoing feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Supervise and mentor an assigned student in an ABA master's program. Complete required reporting and meet billing quotas for assigned clients.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a similar field. Current BCBA certification. Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course. 2+ years of experience as a BCBA preferred, but not required. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.Job Type:
