Trinity Autism & Behavior Services is hiring in Lawton, OK. Trinity Autism & Behavior Services is a small, independently owned ABA provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and families. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while making a real impact. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role with up to 40% remote flexibility , depending on client needs.

  • 90 miles from Lawton including OKC and North Texas.

Status:
Full-Time or Part-Time Available Salary:
$80,000
  • $85,000 per year
Relocation Bonus:
$5,000 What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and evaluations Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff Provide parent and caregiver training to support consistency across environments Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with BACB and payer standards Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery Stay current with best practices and advancements in ABA What You Need Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active and unrestricted state licensure/certification Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Prior experience supervising RBTs or clinical staff Knowledge of insurance authorization and clinical documentation processes Why Join Trinity Autism & Behavior Services?
