The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and other conditions. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with special needs while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Duties
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and supervise behavioral therapy programs using evidence-based techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, focusing on behavioral skills development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies to promote generalization and maintenance of skills.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or be in the process of obtaining BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral therapy approaches.
  • Proven experience in patient assessment, behavioral therapy, and medical documentation.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skills

  • Experience with patient assessment and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
