Responsibilities Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Bilingual is a plus Conduct patient assessments and intake evaluations to determine behavioral needs and establish treatment goals. Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors in children and individuals with disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on the delivery of therapeutic services aligned with best practices. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with families, educators, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation of interventions. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Experience in data collection methods, patient assessment, and medical documentation within a healthcare or educational setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records. Prior experience conducting intake assessments, behavioral health evaluations, and implementing individualized treatment plans is highly desirable.
