Job Title:
BCBA (Up to $15K Sign On Bonus)
Status:

Leon Springs Autism Center Compensation & Bonus Structure Total compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly performance bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
Base salary:
$80,000-$110,000 annually Sign-on bonus: $15,000 (paid at 90 days upon reaching full caseload; claw back provision applies) Relocation bonus: $10,000 paid at start Monthly performance bonus: earned based on clinical and productivity metrics
Monthly Performance Bonus:
Key Metrics Billable hours: 110/month (enhanced bonus at 120+ hours) Timely documentation: 95% completed within 48 hours Active treatment programs: 85% of clients with updated programs
Supervision:

You will:
Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop and update individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs Provide caregiver training and collaboration Ensure ethical, assent-based ABA service delivery Maintain documentation per payer requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Current Texas LBA Experience providing direct BCBA services Strong ethical clinical judgment and commitment to assent-based ABA Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check Scheduling & Work-Life Balance We prioritize sustainable caseloads and clinician well-being.
