BCBA (Part-Time/Full-Time) Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC
  • Longview, WA Area Clinician-Owned Assent-Based Trauma-Informed Individualized ABA ________________________________________________________________________________ Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC is hiring a part-time BCBA to take on a part-time or full-time caseload of clients.
We are seeking a clinician who aligns with trauma-informed, ethical ABA practices and wants to be part of a company actively working to shape the future of behavior analysis. This role may transition to a full-time salaried position depending on goodness of fit, reliability, and consistency with meeting expectations. Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Washington LBA (or eligible)
  • Minimum 4 years of ABA experience preferred
  • Reliable vehicle, valid insurance, and ability to travel locally
  • Ability to pass a background check Part Time Benefits

  • Retirement investment plan Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight for assigned cases
  • Deliver RBT feedback using a BST model
  • Complete monthly therapist feedback forms
  • Coordinate care with other providers and school personnel
  • Write progress reports by authorization deadlines
  • Conduct standardized assessments (e.g., Vineland-III, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
  • Attend company professional development meetings
  • Maintain required licensure and certifications
  • Provide parent consultation (telehealth or in-person)
  • Model interventions and train staff and caregivers
  • Write individualized, objective, measurable, and ethical treatment plan goals
  • Regularly review data/graphs and adjust programming
  • Develop and model ethical Behavior Support Plans
  • Provide direct services when appropriate (complex clients, BT cancellations, etc.)
  • Maintain authorization tracking, schedules, and documentation
Pay:
$45.00
