Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs. Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds. Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources). Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs. Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
