Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits Full-time position (25 billable hours) Work-from-home opportunities 401(k) with matching Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonus opportunities Monthly in-house CEU offerings & access to a free CEU library Flexible schedule Referral program Responsibilities Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed. Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs. Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds. Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources). Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs. Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
