Your Role:
Supervise, train, and inspire Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional care Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor program data to maximize client outcomes Collaborate with BCBAs and leadership to innovate, problem-solve, and refine clinical strategies Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of applied behavior analysis and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Proficiency in ABA and a solid understanding of developmental disabilities and autism Experience in assessments, report writing, and program development Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and special education practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for mentoring staff and helping clients achieve meaningful, measurable progress If you're a BCBA who is ready to be part of a team that values your expertise, challenges you to grow, and gives you the tools and freedom to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
