Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$85,000-$115,000+ total compensation potential, based on experience Achievable monthly bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available

Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match 25 paid days off annually (with increases based on tenure) CEU reimbursement up to $750 annually Tuition discounts through university partners Referral bonuses Reimbursement for therapy materials and equipment Leadership development and advancement opportunities What You'll Do As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will: Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data Provide caregiver coaching and parent support Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification LABA certification where required by state Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Reliable transportation Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification A Culture Built on Growth & Compassion At Key Autism Services, we foster a professional, ethical, respectful, and fun environment where clinicians are empowered to grow.
