Schedule:
Therapy hours may range from 8am-7pm, Monday-Friday. Flexible scheduling available.What We're Looking For Required:
BCBA certification and master's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field. 3+ years' experience with neurodiverse individuals. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable supervising teams and training parents/providers. Physical ability to meet job demands (movement, lifting up to 40 lbs.) Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:
3+ years' experience with ABA therapy using NET, PRT, or ESDM. 3+ years supervising interventionists in home/school settings. Experience across multiple environments (home, school, community).Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$75,000- $95,000/year
Position:
Full-time (27 billable hours), hybrid role, flexible schedule Full-Time Benefits include: Flexible scheduling across the calendar year.
