Tuesday-Thursday (On-site) | Monday & Friday (Remote) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This role focuses on conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with behavioral and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and document findings in the Flatrock Information Network (FIN) Develop and implement Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments Perform ongoing assessments for new and existing residents in accordance with company policies Training & Program Implementation Provide staff training on behavior strategies, structured routines, coping skills, and redirection techniques Model, monitor, and ensure proper implementation of behavior programs Support continuous improvement of care through staff coaching and development Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with treatment teams to problem-solve and adjust care plans Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to align medication with treatment goals Participate in team meetings and provide clinical input as needed Utilize internal systems (FIN) for communication and documentation Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all documentation and treatment plans meet regulatory and organizational standards Advocate for resident rights and maintain ethical standards of care Provide quarterly progress reviews and updates Additional Responsibilities Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with staff and leadership Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred) Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral health needs preferred Benefits Competitive salary ($80K-$90K) Medical (HMO), Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 5% Company Match Continuing Education & Professional Development Support Front-loaded Paid Time Off (PTO) Hybrid Work Schedule (Work-life balance)
