Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This is a full-time opportunity with a strong focus on supporting clients in the Salisbury area as well as Hagerstown.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and staff Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards Requirements Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Maryland Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation within medical records systems Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals Join a team that values your expertise and offers meaningful, impactful work, while empowering individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral interventions.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
