We provide ABA services along with other developmental services. Our passion is to change our children's and families lives by providing individualized care to each and every one of our clients. Monarch is rapidly growing into a center where families can find a collaborative team approach to their child's wellbeing. We are specifically looking for a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to work side by side with our Clinical Directors as we continue to grow. Responsibilities:
Design, development, and implement treatment plans for our clients.
Meeting with supervisees (i.e., behavioral technicians) and providing weekly supervision.
Assist with program development.
Collaborate with families and other professionals who are involved in the cases (e.g. speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, etc.)
Write progress notes and reports.
Administer assessments for clients
Write relevant goals for client development based on results of the assessments.
Available for remote and in-person meetings to collaborate with the team.

FT Pay:
87,000-$100,000/per year
Benefits:

Requirements:
Master's Degree
Must be a California licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Negative TB Test
