We are seeking a BCBA who can provide ongoing clinical oversight, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and general case support as our caseload grows. This role is designed for someone looking for a flexible contract arrangement with a startup ABA company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and treatment planning Provide supervision and support to RBTs Review notes and clinical documentation Assist with parent training and communication Support compliance and quality assurance Provide guidance on clinical operations as the company grows

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working with children with autism preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Comfortable in a startup and growing environment

Compensation:

Monthly retainer: $500/month Includes approximately 8-10 hours of support monthly Additional hours beyond the agreed monthly support may be compensated separately if needed Flexible schedule Remote with occasional in-home or hybrid support if needed

Caseload:
