Hybrid BCBA - North Carolina $85,000-$100,000 + Monthly Bonuses Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to create meaningful change while working in a supportive, clinician-led environment? At The Treetop (By Discovery ABA), we're expanding our hybrid services across North Carolina and are seeking passionate, experienced BCBAs to join our mission of empowering children and families through exceptional care. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans Deliver ABA therapy and monitor progress both in-person and remotely Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to align goals Collect and analyze data to guide treatment effectiveness Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities Why Choose The Treetop ABA We know the best clinical outcomes start by supporting our clinicians. Requirements What You'll Need Active BCBA certification North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
