Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by applying evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering positive outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Lead intake processes for new clients, including initial assessments and orientation sessions Educate families and staff on behavioral health strategies, medical terminology, and best practices for patient care Experience Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from a recognized certifying organization Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards Experience working within special education or behavioral health settings preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy required Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively Join us as a BCBA to empower individuals through innovative behavioral interventions!
