BCBA - Hybrid Flexible Schedule Colorado Springs, CO 80909 | Budding Futures ABA Budding Futures ABA is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. We are a supportive, clinician-focused ABA company that values quality care, flexibility, and making sure our team feels supported. Our goal is to create an environment where BCBAs can focus on helping children and families without feeling overwhelmed by burnout or excessive caseloads.

What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Create and update behavior intervention plans Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families, schools, and other care providers Review clinical documentation and treatment progress Analyze data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress

Requirements:
