The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies to support the needs of our clients. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for children and their families. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior change. Collect and analyze data on patient progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effectiveness. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
