Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical care and collaborating with families from diverse backgrounds. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home while also maintaining in-person connections with clients and your team. What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians Deliver parent training, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Passion for clinical excellence and continuous improvement Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with diverse populations preferred Why Join Prospera?
