BCBA Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavioral assessments and designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of individuals and their families by promoting positive behavior change.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations related to behavioral interventions
  • Familiarity with behavioral health policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
