What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers ) Lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, helping them build meaningful, life-changing skills. Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and adjust programs based on real progress. Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs), helping them grow and succeed. Collaborate with families to ensure skills carry over into everyday life — because that's where progress matters most.
