Sunny Skies ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking to do meaningful work through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong compensation based on your experience What you'll do: Provide BCBA supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct behavior assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs Provide parent training and support generalization of skills across settings Monitor and ensure accurate data collection and analysis Support clients during behavior challenges using ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies Collaborate with a small ABA team to continuously improve clinical outcomesRequirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) North Carolina LBA licensure Experience with RBT supervision, parent training, and behavior intervention Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism services If you're looking for a BCBA role in ABA therapy where you can actually focus on your clients and not feel stretched thin, we'd love to connect.Pay:
