You will:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans Provide parent guidance and collaboration Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate Review and maintain clinical documentation in alignment with payer requirements What We Provide S upport Structure
