The BCBA will provide high-quality, family-centered ABA services in home and community environments while supporting RBTs through supervision, training, and mentorship. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values relationship-focused clinical work, cultural responsiveness, and community partnership. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), parent interviews, and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.). Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice and aligned with family priorities. Monitor client progress and update treatment goals based on data and caregiver/team feedback. Prepare reports for insurance reauthorizations and maintain compliance with payer standards. Supervision & Training Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to RBTs/Behavior Technicians. Model and train behavior intervention strategies, data collection procedures, and behavior reduction protocols. Conduct regular overlapping sessions and fidelity checks to ensure treatment integrity. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive clinical culture. Family & Community Collaboration Build strong rapport with families and empower caregivers through coaching and participation in therapy sessions. Provide parent training that supports skill carry-over across natural routines and settings. Collaborate with schools, early intervention providers, medical professionals, and community organizations when appropriate. Documentation, Billing & Compliance Maintain timely and accurate session notes, supervision documentation, and assessment reports. Uphold HIPAA standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB. Ensure alignment with company policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory expectations. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Experience providing ABA in home/community environments preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to culturally-responsive, compassionate ABA practices.
