Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 5724 Green St, Brownsburg, IN 46112 Hybrid work $125 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $125 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, patient-centered care, and collaborative teamwork. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in assessing behavioral needs, training caregivers and staff, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to caregivers, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and behavioral health specialists to optimize client outcomes. Conduct intake assessments and coordinate initial evaluations to establish treatment goals aligned with each individual's unique needs. Skills Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure treatment effectiveness accurately. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess behavioral health needs compassionately and professionally. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management. Ability to work effectively within HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information. Effective communication skills for training families, caregivers, educators, and team members on behavior intervention strategies.
