Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with children on the autism spectrum, providing life-changing ABA therapy services in a variety of settings, including in-home, school-based, and center-based environments. With a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually , this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients diagnosed with autism Provide behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for treatment Collaborate with our team of professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and therapists Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure treatment goals are being met Maintain accurate records and reports, including client files and insurance documentation Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children on the autism spectrum Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
