Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinician who holds both their BCBA and LABA to develop, coordinate, and maintain in home ABA programs. The BCBA's Primary responsibilities will include: Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians. Provide training and consultation to parents. Write and modify ABA programs. Use a digital data management system (Central Reach) and provide ongoing data analysis. Document billable hours through session notes on Central Reach. Attend monthly collaborative clinical meetings with your BCBA colleagues. Create and modify as needed behavior support plans based on functions of behavior and data analysis. Write initial assessments and progress reports and submit to insurance. Conduct a variety of assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland 3, AFLS, FAST, MAS, preference assessments and Socially Savvy).
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA) At least 1 year of supervising home-based services is preferred. Benefits for
