Job Description
At Of The New Day Autism Services, we practice ABA the way we believe it should be done — compassionate, assent-based, and centered on the children and families we serve. We built this space intentionally, and we hire people who share that vision. We're looking for a BCBA who leads with humility, works well with others, and believes in a team approach. Our BCBAs collaborate closely with RBTs, caregivers, and schools. Ego at the door is non-negotiable. So is genuine care for the kids and families we work with.
