Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with children and families across various settings. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supervising behavior technicians, conducting assessments, collaborating with caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments as needed Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions Collaborate with schools, related service providers, and treatment team members Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and best practices Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (NJ LBA) credential Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Minimum one year of ABA experience Experience supervising behavior technicians Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Reliable transportation for travel to client locations as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Experience providing caregiver and parent training Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities School consultation experience Why Join Lopez & Associates?
