The BCBA role is a full-time, in person position based in West Lafayette, Indiana. Compensation will be competitive, based on experience.

BCBA:
Candidates will have an active BCBA certification, and several years' experience working with children with autism of a variety of ages and functioning levels. In this role you will be expected to: Complete clinical assessments using a variety of tools to accurately assess your clients' strengths and deficits to develop and update a comprehensive Treatment Plan. Provide day-to-day case management for your clients, including developing goals, monitoring progress, and revising as appropriate to continue forward momentum. Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans. Actively lead and support your dedicated team of RBTs. Provide direct observation and supervisionof program implementation. Collaborate with a team of like-minded clinicians dedicated to maximizing the potential of ourclients. Provide family guidance in the form of parent meetings to support and educate them on theirchild's progress and provide training on techniques that can be used at home.
