Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting schools for the 2026-2027 school year. This per diem, VOCO-based position is an essential backfill role, allowing you to make a lasting difference as part of a dynamic and supportive educational team. Deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services to students while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of remote work.
Desired Qualifications:
Current and active BCBA certification Previous experience providing BCBA services in a school or educational environment Familiarity with VOCO or teletherapy platforms for remote service provision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for supporting student growth in diverse learning settings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments virtually for K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Provide training and consultation to staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions Maintain thorough documentation and report findings in compliance with school requirements Adapt interventions to individual student needs in a virtual environment Participate in virtual IEP meetings and make data-driven recommendations This contract offers flexibility and the chance to focus your expertise where it's most impactful.
