Position Overview We're seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to autistic children in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact through hands-on clinical work, caregiver collaboration, and team leadership. You'll lead therapeutic interventions, conduct assessments, guide caregiver training, and supervise RBTs while working closely with families and our supportive clinical team to facilitate meaningful progress for your clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to guide treatment planning. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using ABA principles. Provide in-person, in-home ABA supervision and support tailored to each child's needs and family goals with occasional remote supervision options. Collect, analyze, and use data to track client progress and adjust programming accordingly. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists. Collaborate closely with families by sharing goals, updates, strategies, and caregiver training. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas required. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience providing ABA therapy to children, especially autistic clients. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, data-driven decision-making, and staff supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Reliable, organized, and ethically grounded clinician. Must be willing to provide in-person, in-home services.Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$80/hour — notably above average compensation in the Dallas market. Flexible scheduling with supportive administrative systems to streamline clinical responsibilities. Supportive, family-focused environment with a manageable caseload and strong work-life balance.Current caseload expectation:
5-15 hours per week , with strong potential for additional hours and growth over time. According to recent market data, many BCBA positions in the Dallas area average significantly lower hourly compensation.
