Position Overview:
Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado No state licensure required — only credentialing Looking for someone bilingual Immediate start required Flexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options available Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients
Who We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required) Strong experience with CentralReach (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules
Compensation:
Hourly:
$70-$90/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Salary Option Available:
For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload Competitive salary structure based on experience and performance This is not a passive role.
