Job Description

Overview Join our upcoming clinic as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. In this position, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring meaningful progress and improved quality of life for your clients. Your expertise will guide families, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams through comprehensive assessments and data-driven interventions, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all. Our clinic will serve children ages 5-17 at our microschool. Please feel free to check out our school online at www.driven-academy.org. Responsibilities Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education. Supervise technicians throughout their training and execution of progams. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Experience in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation within a behavioral health setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while providing compassionate patient care.
