Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a meaningful remote opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working within educational settings. This contract position spans from August 2026 through May 2027, offering 32.5 hours per week, and centers on providing critical behavioral support services via teletherapy. You'll play a vital role by supervising a team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the district, shaping behavioral progress and supporting both students and staff. This position is perfect for professionals passionate about making a difference in students' lives through clinical guidance and hands-on collaboration in school environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in educational or school-based settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation Confidence in supervising and mentoring RBTs Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Experience developing, monitoring, and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide teletherapy-based supervision to three RBTs across the district Oversee the creation, implementation, and monitoring of effective BIPs Participate in meetings with educators to align therapy goals with classroom practices Track student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain documentation Attend IEP and other relevant meetings to advocate for appropriate behavioral supports Offer training and resources to teachers to ensure fidelity in therapy strategies
