BCBA Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description Position Overview:
Redeemed Wellness Center is seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development and delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavioral interventions to improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), if applicable Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care Ensure compliance with all state, ethical, and insurance requirements Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and program development
Qualifications:
Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with individuals with behavioral health or developmental needs Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient or community-based settings Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation requirements Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation:
Competitive hourly or contract rate based on experience Flexible scheduling options
Additional Information:
This role has the potential to grow as the ABA program expands within the organization. The BCBA will play a key role in shaping the structure, quality, and delivery of services at Redeemed Wellness Center.
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
