About Us Twinkle Autism Therapy Clinic is a growing, center-based ABA provider serving children with autism in San Antonio. We are committed to clinical excellence, ethical care, and creating meaningful progress for every child we serve. As we expand across multiple locations, we are looking for strong clinical leaders to grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality care and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (in accordance with BACB requirements) Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Train and support parents/caregivers Ensure clinical documentation meets payer and regulatory standards Maintain ethical and professional compliance with BACB guidelines Participate in team meetings and case reviews Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active Texas LBA (or eligible) Experience in center-based ABA preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage caseload independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities PTO + paid holidays Flexible scheduling options Administrative support (scheduling, billing, authorizations handled for you) Career growth opportunities into Clinical Lead or Regional roles Supportive, collaborative team environment Why Join Twinkle?
