As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, support patient progress, and foster a nurturing environment focused on growth and independence. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in various settings. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and maximize client outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient care. Offer training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff to uphold high-quality service standards. Qualifications Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methodologies. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management. Ability to conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Commitment to patient care excellence while adhering to confidentiality standards under HIPAA regulations.
