Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
  • Stay current on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
