Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Stay current on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
