We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and center-based settings. Our mission is to help children achieve meaningful progress while supporting families through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This position offers a flexible remote schedule with limited local travel for assessments, supervision, and family meetings as needed. Position Summary The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), training caregivers, monitoring client progress, and ensuring clinical excellence in accordance with BACB standards and payer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide clinical supervision to BTs and RBTs. Conduct caregiver and parent training sessions. Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress. Complete documentation in accordance with payer, BACB, and organizational requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate. Attend clinical meetings and case reviews. Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained at all times. Qualifications Required Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active Massachusetts licensure (LABA) or eligibility to obtain licensure. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. Preferred Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience with center-based and home-based ABA services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
