Part-Time Job Summary:
WonderWay ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We're looking for passionate professionals with a strong background in ABA and a commitment to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA and thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual intake assessments and prepare detailed reports Provide remote supervision and guidance to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor and analyze client progress through digital data collection platforms Train and support families in implementing individualized treatment plans via telehealth Maintain regular communication with clients, families, RBTs, and the Clinical Director Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries in a professional and supportive manner Perform additional remote duties as required to support client care
Qualifications:
BCBA certification (Required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with ASD (Preferred) Experience with remote supervision and telehealth delivery preferred Comfortable using technology for virtual communication, training, and documentation Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage tasks independently in a home-based setting
